1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jaguar3 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and jaguar3 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published indicates your acceptance of those changes.
The jaguar3 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. jaguar3 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend an account until verification is received.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jaguar3 platform. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without a refund of any balance that has not met withdrawal requirements.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jaguar3 reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone. jaguar3 will never ask for your password via email or through any support channel.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or lent to any other party. Any activity suspected to involve an account transfer or third-party use may result in the account being suspended immediately pending investigation.
Jaguar3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) before processing withdrawals or when account activity requires additional review. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in your withdrawal being delayed.
Users may request account closure at any time through the customer support channel. Any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures before the account is officially closed.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a jaguar3 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using the platform:
- Use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate games
- Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes
- Attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system
- Use your account for money laundering or any other illegal transactions
- Distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through the platform
- Ensure the platform is used for personal entertainment purposes only
- Understand that all games carry the risk of financial loss
- Comply with all local laws applicable to online betting activities
- Report any suspicious activity or technical issues to the support team
- Not access the platform from any geographical region where such use is restricted
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances associated with the violating activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the jaguar3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). jaguar3 does not accept or process payments in any foreign currency.
Deposit
- Deposits can be made via FPX (Online Banking) or Touch 'n Go eWallet
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are shown in the platform during the deposit process
- Deposit funds are usually credited to your account instantly; any delays should be reported to support within 24 hours
- Jaguar3 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to current policies
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are stated in the financial section of your account
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take 1–5 business days in certain cases
- Jaguar3 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal
Jaguar3 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the associated account may be suspended while an investigation is carried out.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Jaguar3 Liability Limits
The jaguar3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. jaguar3 is not liable for:
- Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform
- Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance
- Losses arising from third-party failures or delays (payment providers, game suppliers)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform
Intellectual Property
All content on the jaguar3 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of jaguar3 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to:
- Copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without written permission
- Use the jaguar3 brand or logo for any commercial or personal purpose without prior approval
- Reverse engineering any software or technology on the platform
- Creating derivative works based on platform content without authorisation
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The jaguar3 platform may rely on third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. jaguar3 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or practices of any such third parties. Any issues relating to third-party services should be resolved directly with the relevant party.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
